Bei you tube kann man sich filme von Andy Warhol ansehen. Ich bin einmal gespannt wie lange das gut geht. Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit The Andy Warhol Foundation hat John Fogde, der Betreiber der Andy Warhol Homepage gemacht.

This website was created in Spring of 1996, because of the complete lack of relevant Andy Warhol-related websites and since then it has been a source of information for thousands of students and fans of Warhol's work. It is with considerable sadness that I now have to close it down after so many years, but since this has always been a non-profit website I don't exactly have the funds to hire a lawyer and fly off to the US to figure this thing out. So unless some miracle occurs in the near future it looks like The Andy Warhol Homepage is closed for good.

Der Russian Marketing Blog ist immer wieder ein Quell der Freude und des Glücks
Kazu Kibuishi hat ein kleines Coppertutorial herausgebracht. Dort schildert er wie er Copper zum Leben erweckt. Alles ist ausführlich mit Fotos dokumentiert. Toll gemacht. Ein Muss für alle die mit der Idee spielen selbst in dieser Richtung kreativ tätig zu werden.
Warum er seine Zeichnungen scannt verstehe ich allerdings nicht. Zitat: "This part is painful. Mainly because I use a cheap flatbed scanner. I scan the comic into the computer in about 6 parts at 300dpi. Since the comic is 15 inches square, that brings the final image to 4500x4500 pixels. Coffee mugs stand at the ready as I prepare to paint long into the night. "
Ich würde die Zeichnungen schlicht fotografieren. Eine digitale Kamera hat er doch. Wenn er alles richtig ausleuchtet ist das Ergebnis vermutlich besser als dieses zusammengeschusterte Bild das er mit sechs Scans erreicht.
